good day. a bowl of cereal with soy milk pretty late in the afternoon and then a small apple with peanut butter and my homemade trail mix. took my dog out for a walk for 30 minutes or so. i need to stop checking my weight everyday because it won't seem like much of a difference if i do. :\ i've also adjusted my goal a bit. i must be under 125 before i go back to work on the 22nd, and 120 would be ideal. i'm going to keep up my eating/exercising habits when i go back and keep losing so i will of course, eventually be 120 or less. it's taken some pressure off me, which is good cause when i feel pressured to lose tons of weight in a short amount of time, i just end up screwing up and gaining anything i lost back. anyway, enough from me. hope everyone's day was good, xx
